Golf Course Update – November 22

Over the past few days we have received over 3 inches of rainfall and it has left its mark on the golf course. During the heavy downpours the water can accumulate quickly in low lying areas around the golf course, especially during high tides. When the rains ease and the tides are low, this allows most of the water to drain off, but does leave the surfaces very soft, saturated and slippery.

The picture above shows the 4th green site under excessive water on Wednesday morning.
